Brown Sugar Chicken & Sweet Potatoes.

HELLO! YUMMY…. and easy, Crockpot recipe! This is another recipe from my friend Tiffany over at Eat at Home. When this one popped up in my blog reader I started drooling immediately and couldn’t WAIT to try it. My family LOVES sweet potatoes {and they don’t even have to be doctored up with sugar!} I LOVED this….give it a try, and make sure to check out Tiffany’s fabulous blog!

Brown Sugar Chicken & Sweet Potatoes

2lb. Chicken breasts

3 large sweet potatoes, washed, peeled and cubed (I left the skin on mine)

5 TB Butter

1/3c. Brown Sugar

Place chicken (frozen is fine) in crockpot, cover in sweet potatoes. Melt the butter and stir in brown sugar. Pour over the contents of the crockpot.

*Cook for 7-8 hours on low and 4-6 hours on high.

Add veggie or salad and dinner is done! No after picture because it was devoured as soon as it was ready. Tiffany has a nice one on her blog though.
